Membership is reviewed. An administrator approves your account before any live opportunity is released to you.
Frequently asked.
Is ThruU a recruitment agency?
No. We do not charge placement fees and we do not represent candidates. We run outreach campaigns through trusted professional networks and charge one fixed campaign fee.
How are network members paid?
Members are paid for authorised outreach, not for placements. If we select a member to make an approach, the payment for that outreach is agreed up front and tracked in their account.
Does nominating someone mean they get contacted?
Not automatically. A nomination is never permission to approach. Members confirm they have not contacted the person, and only an approach we authorise goes ahead.
Who can join the network?
Recruiters and senior professionals with genuine networks in their field. Every application is reviewed by an administrator before opportunities are released.
What does the candidate see?
A private page showing who thought of them, how that person says they know them and the opportunity itself — with a clear option to continue or stop there.
